Hosting the first annual Kasi Easter Egg Day Hunt, for children between the ages of 5 to12 years of age. On the 1st of April 2024 between 2PM to 4PM.

Parked booked for the 1st of April 2024 with Park Caretaker. Event will be hosted at Sesenzele Park, Extension 11. Meadowlands West, Post Code 1852. Petition also created to request permission for event.

Consent, Sponsorship and Thank you Letter Drafted 8th March 2024

All three letters will be drafted by Florina Mphelo and will be sent from the 11th of April 2024 onwards.

The Meadowlands Patrollers Association agreed to assist with event. Two patrollers will be available.

Two assistants and a Face Painter volunteers for event 22 March 2024

Rosa Mphelo along with 2 Volunteers will assist us with the children on the day of the event. Rosa will assist with the face painting. The Face paint have been acquired for the day.
